Corporal Stephen Corley

Corporal Stephen Corley has been a member of the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office since 2019. Prior to joining the Sheriff’s Office, he served in the Mobile Police Department.  Stephen has an associate’s degree from Jones County Junior College in Civil Engineering Technology.  Prior to entering law enforcement, he spent several years in marine construction as a surveyor and project engineer.  He has been a Field Training Officer at both the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office and Mobile Police Department.  He spent five years as a dual-purpose canine handler in Special Operations and Street Crimes with the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office.  He is also a member of the SWAT team at the Sheriff’s Office and is one of the team’s energetic breachers.  Stephen is a firearms instructor through the National Rifle Association and the National Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor Association.  He was appointed as the Law Enforcement Academy – Baldwin County’s Training Coordinator in October 2025. 

Executive Assistant Deborah Bulman

Debbie has been employed with the APOSTC Law Enforcement Academy Baldwin County (formerly SWAPA) since 1989. In March 2023 she retired after 34 years of service.  In April 2023 she was rehired part-time as the Academy’s Training & Operations Coordinator.
